What We Offer

We teach kids how to move properly using the Movement Education Framework. Our training improves coordination, reaction time, and overall athletic performance for ages 5–13.

Training Levels

Level 1 (Ages 5–7): Fundamentals of movement
Level 2 (Ages 8–10): Skill refinement & control
Level 3 (Ages 11–13): Advanced mechanics & athletic prep

Our training levels are group kids by age to match their stage of physical development, but progression isn’t based on age alone. Each child is assessed on their motor skills, balance, coordination, agility and body control. If a child demonstrates advanced ability, they may move up to the next level early—ensuring every athlete is challenged appropriately and continues to grow.

How Training Sessions Work

  • Classes are currently available on Saturdays

    • Saturdays:

      • 10:00am - 11:00am, Level 1 Training

      • 11:15am - 12:15pm, Level 2 Training

      • 12:30pm - 1:30pm, Level 3 Training

  • Small groups (max 10 athletes)

  • Every athlete receives a movement assessment

Movement Assessments? (How They Work)

Every athlete begins with a quick, movement assessment to identify their current motor skills. We use simple, guided tasks to see how they move, how they react, and what fundamentals they’ve already developed.

This helps us determine the right training level and build a plan that meets your child where they are. As they train, we track their progress so parents can see real improvements over time.

Why We’re Different

  • Led by a movement specialist with a Master’s in Kinesiology

  • Science-based training backed by motor learning and movement education

  • Focus on how children move, not just how hard they train

  • We offer assessments and track each child’s progress

  • Builds long-term confidence and athletic intelligence
